Role Overview: Aestheticaa Interior is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join their team in Gurugram. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for developing design concepts, creating detailed construction drawings, space planning, and overseeing interior design projects from start to finish. Your role will involve collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery, managing FF&E specifications, and ensuring alignment with client requirements. Your contribution will be crucial in maintaining high-quality design standards and functional objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop design concepts and detailed construction drawings - Space planning to optimize functionality and aesthetics - Oversee interior design projects from inception to completion - Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors for timely project delivery - Manage FF&E specifications to meet client requirements - Ensure all designs meet high-quality standards - Utilize interior design software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar - Manage project timelines and communicate effectively with stakeholders - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain client relationships Qualifications: - Proficiency in Space Planning and Architecture principles - Knowledge of BOQ preparation - Strong skills in drafting and preparing Construction Drawings - Expertise in Interior Design, from conceptual development to execution - Experience with FF&E selection and management - Proficiency in interior design software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) - Excellent project management and communication skills - Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field,
