Identify and onboard new suppliers to support business growth.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to optimize cost and quality.
Conduct vendor evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
Build long-term relationships with suppliers to drive innovation and efficiency.
Negotiate contracts and manage supplier agreements to ensure favorable terms.
Monitor supplier performance and address issues related to delivery, cost, or quality.
