About the Role

The Velocify Administrator owns the configuration, optimization, and governance of Velocify (ICE Mortgage Technology) to drive our lending funnel speed-to-lead, contact/appointment rates, application conversion, approval pull-through, and funded volume. You ll translate Sales, Marketing, and Compliance requirements into scalable, audit-ready workflows that boost producer productivity and lead ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure queues, lead routing (round-robin, skills, capacity), SLAs, statuses, and outcome codes across the lending journey (inquiry prequal app approval funding).
  • Build compliant email/SMS/call cadences; manage templates, disclosures, DNC/opt-outs, quiet hours, and suppression rules.
  • Administer users, profiles/permissions, teams, and territories; enforce least-privilege and separation of duties.
  • Maintain fields/picklists, validation rules, de-duplication, and data hygiene standards.
  • Optimize dialer settings, callback SLAs, and time-of-day pacing; A/B test scripts and cadences.
  • Stand up alerting/auto-escalations for SLA breaches and hot-lead signals, surface prioritized worklists to loan officers.
  • Partner with IT to integrate Velocify with LOS/CRM/MarTech and telephony (Five9)
  • Define data contracts/mappings; monitor ETL/API jobs; resolve sync failures and data drift.
  • Build and QA dashboards for lead source ROI, speed-to-lead, contactapp, appapproval, approvalfunded, pull-through, producer productivity, and pipeline hygiene.
  • Intake/prioritize business requests; translate into stories/config changes with acceptance criteria.
  • Run UAT/regression; manage stageprod promotions; publish release notes and quick guides.
  • Monitor post-release KPIs; roll back or iterate quickly as needed.
  • Provide tier-2 admin support and troubleshooting; resolve routing/cadence/report issues.
  • Train loan officers, team leads, and sales managers; create job aids and best-practice playbooks.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years hands-on administering Velocify in consumer lending (mortgage, HELOC etc.).
  • Deep knowledge of lending funnels and metrics: speed-to-lead, contact/appointment rate, app conversion, approval/pull-through, funded rate, lead-source ROI.
  • Demonstrated experience with dialer/SMS/email setup, routing logic, SLAs, templates, and producer worklists.
  • Practical understanding of lending compliance (ECOA/Reg B, FCRA, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GLBA, UDAAP; HMDA for mortgage) and how to operationalize controls in systems.
  • Proficiency building reports/dashboards and analyzing performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and change-management discipline.
  • Experience running A/B tests on cadences/scripts and implementing coaching loops
  • Exposure to Encompass, Loanserv(Sagent) and contact-center platforms (Five9).
