Zensar Technologies is looking for Veeva Validation Lead - CRM to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. A Veeva CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is responsible for administering the Veeva CRM system and ensuring its efficient functioning. 1. Configuring and maintaining the Veeva CRM system, including data fields, workflows, user roles, profiles, and security settings. 2. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the Veeva CRM system and its integration with other systems. 3. Creating and managing reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales and marketing performance. 4. Leading the configuration and customization of the Veeva CRM system to meet business requirements. 5. Performing data analysis to identify and resolve issues and improve system performance.
