VC Manager

You will be responsible for managing the sales and marketing team as a VC Manager in an optical store background. Your key responsibilities will include: - Daily Sales reporting of VCs and daily calls with VC team for Productivity - Visits to VCs frequently for Audits, Store Score - Ensure staff attendance, roster, and grooming - Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers - Identification of potential locations for expansion - Marketing Plan for each VC and implementation - Monthly Target Plan & Achievement of VCs - Liaise with the finance team, warehousing, and logistics departments as appropriate - Keep track of collection deposits and share reports - Maintain a good relationship with Lens & Frame Vendors for Procurement - Creating a good product portfolio for VCs - Creating Offers on Special Occasions, Non-Moving items - Monitoring for adequate stock in VCs according to Standard Quantity - Stock Audit closure and reporting for all VCs - Visit to Vendors for procurement of latest design products Qualifications required for this role include being a Graduate with relevant experience in managing Sales & Marketing teams, and an MBA in Retail Sales & Marketing. Key skills needed are: - Excellent Communication Skills both Written & Verbal - Familiarity with MS Office to prepare reports on Spreadsheet, Documents, and PPT - Decision Making Skills and Negotiation skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Organisational skills, setting your own and team goals - Ability to think strategically and implement - Ability to analyze sales figures and write reports - Teamwork, Adaptability & Creativity essential - Product Demo & Presentation Skills - Client relationship, Proposal Making & Sales Negotiation The salary range for this position is negotiable, between 25000 INR to 30000 INR, with incentives applicable. Experience in managing retail shops and leading a team of marketing and sales is preferred. Please note that the job type is full-time, and the work location is in person.
