Role & responsibilities

5+ years of professional experience developing Excel VBA solutions in a

business environment.

• Expertise in VBA, advanced Excel features (Power Query, Power Pivot, named

ranges, dynamic arrays), and workbook optimization.

• Strong SQL fundamentals and experience connecting Excel/VBA to databases

(ADO/ODBC).

• Proven ability to build financial models; familiarity with real estate concepts such

as NOI, cap rates, IRR, DCF, sensitivity tables, and waterfall structures.

• Experience handling large datasets, data validation, and reconciliation across

multiple sources.

• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to gather requirements and train

non-technical users.
