VBA Developer

As a CATT Software Developer (VBA Developer) in our team, your role will involve developing and maintaining automation tools using VBA in Excel. Your strong programming skills in VBA will be crucial as you understand and translate business requirements into efficient code. You will also be responsible for debugging and optimizing existing VBA macros and tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams for project execution, and maintaining clear documentation of coding practices and user guides. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain automation tools using VBA in Excel - Understand business requirements and translate them into efficient code - Debug and optimize existing VBA macros and tools - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution - Maintain clear documentation of coding practices and user guides Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of professional experience in VBA development - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred) In addition to your VBA expertise, having in-depth experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data models, will be beneficial. Basic to intermediate knowledge in C# is preferred but not mandatory. Your problem-solving and analytical skills, along with good communication and team collaboration abilities, will be essential in this role. The compensation offered for this position is a competitive salary based on experience, with a hike of 40% to 50% from the current CTC for the right candidate. This is a full-time and permanent job with day, fixed, and morning shifts available. Weekend availability may also be required.
