Job Description

Note - We are alternate Saturdays' half-day working organization (2nd & 4th Sat are week-off)

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of VAS facilities including Smart Store, Creche, Gym, Play Areas, Vending Machines, Parking, Shuttle, and Paramedic services.
Ensure safety, cleanliness, compliance, and service quality across all facilities.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, corporate events, wellness programs, and campaigns.
Manage vendors and partnerships, including onboarding, contract negotiation, and SLA adherence.
Lead marketing and communication initiatives to promote VAS offerings.
Monitor customer experience, analyze feedback and usage data, and address issues promptly.
Handle budgeting, cost control, reporting, and service improvement initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong leadership, communication, vendor management, and event coordination skills.
Customer-focused, organized, and capable of managing multiple services.
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with 5–12 years of relevant experience in facility management, hospitality, or corporate services.
