Note - We are alternate Saturdays' half-day working organization (2nd & 4th Sat are week-off)

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of VAS facilities including Smart Store, Creche, Gym, Play Areas, Vending Machines, Parking, Shuttle, and Paramedic services.
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, compliance, and service quality across all facilities.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, corporate events, wellness programs, and campaigns.
  • Manage vendors and partnerships, including onboarding, contract negotiation, and SLA adherence.
  • Lead marketing and communication initiatives to promote VAS offerings.
  • Monitor customer experience, analyze feedback and usage data, and address issues promptly.
  • Handle budgeting, cost control, reporting, and service improvement initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, communication, vendor management, and event coordination skills.
  • Customer-focused, organized, and capable of managing multiple services.
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with 5–12 years of relevant experience in facility management, hospitality, or corporate services.
