Job Description

Role Overview

The Project Manager will lead complex healthcare technology projects, ensuring timely delivery of Salesforce Health Cloud and GenAI-enabled solutions.You will manage cross-functional teams, budgets, risks, and regulatory compliance while driving successful project Responsibilities :

Plan, execute, and deliver healthcare technology projects on time and within budget.
Manage cross-functional teams including developers, architects, BAs, and AI engineers.
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA, GDPR) in project deliverables.
Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Coordinate Agile ceremonies and stakeholder communications.
Facilitate requirement clarification and scope management with business stakeholders.
Manage resource allocation and performance tracking across teams.
Develop project plans, dashboards, and status reports for leadership.
Monitor quality assurance, testing, and release processes.
Implement risk management and contingency planning.
Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across :
8+ years of IT project management, with at least 3 years in healthcare technology projects.
Proven experience managing Salesforce Health Cloud or AI/ML-based initiatives.
PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification preferred.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies with Jira or similar tools
