Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Engineer based in Chennai. The role involves developing financial models, conducting quantitative analysis, and applying expertise in quantitative finance for projects and property valuation assessments. The Financial Engineer will work closely with the valuation team, analyzing financial data and assisting in optimizing financial strategies and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Engineering and Quantitative Finance
• Proficient Analytical Skills to assess data trends and derive insights
• In-depth understanding of Finance and Quantitative Analytics
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in property valuation processes or similar industries is advantageous
