Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai for a Valuation Engineer. The Valuation Engineer will be responsible for conducting property valuations, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with financial institutions. The engineer will perform site visits, analyze property data, and ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations.

• Financial Engineering and Quantitative Finance skills

• Strong background in Finance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
