Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting property valuations, preparing detailed valuation reports, liaising with banks and financial institutions, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes of ethics and regulatory guidelines. The role involves working closely with the team of civil engineers and reporting to the head of the valuation department.

Qualifications

• Experience in property valuation and preparing valuation reports
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance in property valuation
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in property valuation
• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Certification or registration as a valuer with relevant authorities is a plus
