Role Description

This is a full-time Valuation Engineer role located on-site in Chennai location. The Valuation Engineer will be responsible for performing property valuation tasks, analyzing real estate assets, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves engaging with clients, collecting and verifying property documentation, and providing accurate valuation services to support financial and legal assessments.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Quantitative Analysis
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Experience in property valuation or related fields is an added advantage
• Familiarity with industry regulations and guidelines is preferred
