We're Hiring: Land & Building Valuation Professional

Preferred Base Locations: kolkata ( saltlake Durgapur & Siliguri

Travel: PAN India (Site inspections & reporting)

Experience: 710 years

Age Group: 25–55 years

Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering or proven experience in civil valuations Salary Range: 10,000 – 14,000 per month (based on experience) must have worked under a valuer of land and building

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced valuation professionals for Land & Building assignments across India. The role includes site inspections, report preparation, and client correspondence for banks and financial institutions. Candidates must be fluent in English, capable of independent documentation, and possess strong business development acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of real estate, commercial properties, and gated projects
• Prepare valuation reports for banks, FIs, and institutional clients
• Maintain self-correspondence with clients and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with valuation standards and audit protocols
• Actively engage in business development and generate new mandates from banks and financial institutions
• Travel across India for assignments (travel & boarding expenses covered by the organization)

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience in civil/real estate valuations
• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience
• Prior work with registered valuers or valuation firms is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of real estate, commercial enterprises, and large gated property projects
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication
• Must own a two-wheeler for local site visits
• Willingness to travel extensively across India is essential
