We are currently empaneled Valuer Agency for LIC Housing Finance Limited, TATA Capital Limited, YES Bank Ltd., Punjab National Bank, PNB Housing Finance Limited (Roshini), Incred Financial Services Limited, AU Small Finance Bank, U GRO Capital Limited, TATA Capital HFL, NeoGrowth Credit Private Limited, etc. We are located in Visakhapatnam and provide valuation services to a wide range of clients. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Valuation Engineer (Technical). The Valuation Engineer will be responsible for assisting with valuation procedures, site visits, data collection and analysis, Valuation Reports preparation and Market Research. The Valuation Engineer will work closely with the valuation team to ensure accurate and timely completion of valuation assignments and site visits. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Analytical skills and attention to detail Experience in Valuation work Basic knowledge of Valuation and Financial Analysis Proficiency in property documents reading and understanding. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the valuation industry is a plus Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
