Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Valuation Assistant (Land & Building) at Susree Valuers, located in Kochi. The Valuation Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the valuation of land and buildings, collecting and analyzing data, preparing valuation reports, and maintaining accurate records. They will also liaise with clients, provide customer service, and support the senior valuers in their tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Valuer in the valuation process of land and buildings, including data collection, and analysis.
• Use MS Excel to organize, analyze, and present valuation data in a clear and structured manner.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and relevant authorities to gather required documents and information.
• Prepare draft valuation reports under the guidance of the Lead Valuer, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Any degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related fields.
• Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, data analysis, etc.)
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present information effectively.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks, especially when handling complex data and reports.

Preferred Location: Kochi-based candidates preferred.
