Role Overview: As a Valuation Assistant (Land & Building) at Susree Valuers in Kochi, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the valuation process of land and buildings. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Lead Valuer in valuing land and buildings, including data collection and analysis. - Utilize MS Excel to organize, analyze, and present valuation data effectively. - Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and relevant authorities to gather necessary documents and information. - Draft valuation reports under the guidance of the Lead Valuer, ensuring precision and clarity. Qualification Required: - Education: Any degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related fields. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis. - Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information effectively. - Attention to Detail: Demonstrated high accuracy and attention to detail, especially when handling complex data and reports.
