Vacancy For Asst.Manager - Technical Service (Process Engineering)

Key Responsibilities:

• Able to lead Subordinate Process Engineers Team.
• Know how of BEP i.e PFDs, P&IDs Plant layouts , etc for new projects.
• Prepare Mass Balance, Energy Balance for new / existing projects.
• Prepare Bar chart and ensure to match milestone dates.
• Complete basic engineering and detail engineering.
• Prepare CAPEX and ensure No cost escalation.
• Conducting Risk Management studies like HAZOP for new projects.
• Equipment sizing calculations.
• Excellent knowledge of equipment like Reactor/Reboiler/Dist Column/Heat Exchanger/Vacuum Pump and Pump hydraulic calculations.
• Enquiry floating of equipment and technical clearance of equipment.
• Coordinate in Project commissioning.
• Technical training and clarification of operations persons for projects.
• Prepare handover documents and do a smooth handover of project documents to Operation Team.
• Lead & Conduct pre - start up safety review for Projects.
• Interaction with R&D department for trials.
• Lead and manage tech transfer projects from R&D to manufacturing.
• Oversee scale-up, exhibit batches, and validation activities.
• Ensure smooth transfer of processes including upstream/downstream operations and analytical methods.
• Technical Reports, Presentation and Feasibility studies.
• Ability to understand Analytical applications and interpret results.
• Problem solving / handling and interpreting information / design of experiments.

Key Skills:

• BE in Chemical or equivalent with ~7+ years of experience.
• Thorough exposure towards chemicals industry and manufacturing processes.
• Expertise in best-in-class production processes and unit operations.
• Knowledge of process chemistry and technology.
• Knowledge of best-in-class quality guidelines and systems, regulatory guidelines.
• Knowledge statutory requirements for chemical operations.
• Ability to create systems & processes and drive implementation.
• Ability to drive continuous improvements.
• Strong business understanding.
• Excellent communication skills verbal / written / presentations.
• Responsible for ensuring the smooth & Timely completion of Projects.
