UX/UI Designer

Overview:

The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for crafting intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for digital platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and attractive interfaces. This role combines user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design to deliver products that meet user needs and align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research & Analysis:

  Conduct user research (surveys, interviews, testing) to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points. Analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.

• Wireframing & Prototyping:

  Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and test user flows.

• UI Design:

  Design visually compelling and functional user interfaces that are consistent with the brand and user-centric.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure seamless integration of design solutions into the final product.

• Usability Testing:

  Plan and conduct usability testing, analyze the results, and iterate on design solutions based on user feedback.

• Design Systems:

  Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across different platforms and devices.

• Responsive Design:

  Design layouts that adapt smoothly to various screen sizes and devices, optimizing the user experience across platforms (desktop, mobile, tablet).

• Stay Updated:

  Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure that designs are innovative and competitive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, typically 3-5 years.
• Excellent command of verbal and written English language is a must.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or Marvel.
• Solid understanding of interaction design principles, visual design fundamentals, and responsive design.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Familiarity with usability testing methods and user research tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Creative, with a passion for crafting user-centered designs.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum workflows.
