Role Overview:

UX/UI Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD
• Design intuitive and visually appealing UI for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy
• Present design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Illustrator, Photoshop), or similar tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX case studies and clean UI design
• Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility guidelines
• Ability to think creatively and solve problems independently
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS (not mandatory, but a plus)
• Previous experience in Agile or Scrum environments
