UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing user interfaces that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other team members to understand project requirements and contribute design ideas.
• Help create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts.
• Participate in user research and usability testing to gather feedback for design improvements.
• Support the team in maintaining and contributing to our design system.
• Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and design thinking.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma.
• A portfolio or sample work (academic or personal projects) demonstrating design skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
• Interest or experience in user research and usability testing.
• Awareness of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and design system concepts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
