Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior User Experience Researcher capable of independently managing comprehensive research projects from inception to conclusion, significantly affecting product decisions with strategic insights. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience working with SAAS products in both B2C and B2B settings, thriving in dynamic environments. A knack for quantitative analysis and statistics is essential to design, conduct, and communicate impactful research.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end UX research projects, including problem framing and findings communication.
• Design and conduct both tactical and strategic research to guide product decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to integrate user insights into the product development process.
• Perform quantitative analyses including regression and linear analysis to support research findings.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to evolving project requirements.
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience in UXR with the ability to conduct and apply both strategic and tactical research.
• Strong background in quantitative analysis and statistics.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in both B2C and B2B settings within a SAAS product environment.
  

Industry Experience:

Prior experience in the SAAS industry, particularly with enterprise-level products, is essential.
