Duties

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate user requirements and business goals into intuitive, high-impact designsConduct user research, interviews and usability testing to uncover customer needs, pain points and opportunities for improvementCreate user personas, journey maps, wireframes, storyboards, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and user flowsDesign responsive and accessible user interfaces for web and mobile platforms using Figma and other modern design toolsDevelop and maintain a consistent design system that ensures brand alignment, usability, and scalability across all productsAudit and review UI/UX designs periodically to ensure adherence to user experience best practices, accessibility standards, and banking/financial regulationsWork closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of design specificationsCollaborate with marketing teams to design visual assets, brochures, pamphlets and other communication materials, ensuring design consistency across digital and print mediaStay updated with emerging design trends, tools, technologies and regulatory updates relevant to digital banking and financial servicesProactively identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve usability and enhance customer engagement through design innovation

Education

Bachelor's degree/Master's Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, Engineering or related discipline
