Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and gather insights to deeply understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and interaction models that define intuitive, user-centered experiences.
• Improve information architecture and usability across products to enhance clarity and efficiency.
• Plan and conduct usability testing, synthesizing feedback to inform iterative design improvements.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, UI designers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business and user goals.
• Apply a data and evidence-driven approach to design decisions, balancing user insights, analytics, and business context to deliver impactful solutions.
• Partner with the Visual Design team to ensure visual consistency and contribute to maintaining and evolving the design system.
• Communicate design concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, adapting messaging to suit various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in UX design with end-to-end design expertise.
• Experience in

  UX research, user flows, information architecture, and wireframing

  , with familiarity in UI design.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate

  user research, analytics, and business data

  into the design process.
• Experience creating and evolving

  design systems

  that drive consistency, efficiency, and high-quality user interfaces.
• Proven experience incorporating

  accessibility best practices

  to create usable experiences for all users.
• Proficiency in

  Figma

  .
• A strong

  portfolio

  showcasing design projects focused on solving complex problems.
