UX Designer @ PEOPLE10 Experience: 4 to 5 Years Job Location: Bangalore Career path : As a Senior Developer, you will have an accelerated growth path into an techno-functional or managerial career streams Roles & Responsibilities: Plan and implement new designs Applying user experience design principles to data and information visualization in the industrial business. Interpret data and qualitative feedback Optimize existing user interface designs Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes. Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions Create prototypes for new product ideas Testing new ideas before implementing Facilitate the client s product vision by researching conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products Document UX specifications, design and standards As a contributing member of a globally distributed agile team, collaborate with other team members following scrum practices Communicate and coordinate effectively to all stakeholders Must have skills: Strong expertise in developing UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms Strong understanding of user experience design Good hands-on working knowledge industry tools: Presentation programs (Keynote, Powerpoint); UX design programs (Sketch, Adobe or equivalent) Fluent in user-centered design best practices Adept at handling and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data Ability to communicate and articulate clearly and work collaboratively in an agile team Good to have skills: Experience in Agile methodologies and agile engineering practices People10 Work-Culture: At People10, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment surrounded by helpful colleagues and a workplace where feedback flows freely.
