Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Overall in charge of utility systems operations inside the factory premises.
Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of plant & Utilities equipments.
Cost estimation for maintenance work and plant modification job & erection.
Maintaining and Controlling Inventories of spares for routine activity of maintenance.
Monitoring and ensuring efficient operations of all utility systems.
Planning and Controlling the utility maintenance budget for utility maintenance and modification as required.
Validation and Qualification of utility systems.
Co-ordination with production department for various maintenance planning & erection.
Energy saving / conservation activities planning, initiation and monitoring.
Ensure online compliance to cGMP requirements &preparedness for customer & regulatory audits.
Departmental SOP preparation and ensuring compliance of the same.
QA documentation activities like raising Deviations if required, Change Controls for introducing changes and review of the documents.
Performing investigations for Deviations, OOS and reporting of the same.
Ensure compliance to statutory and safety requirements.
Training & Capability development of department associates and scheduling work shifts.
HVAC Qualifications and re-qualification.
Familiar and having Knowledge for Trouble shooting for maintaining RH, Temp and DPG parameters.
HVAC maintenance, clean room standard and classification.

Preferred candidate profile

Education - BE Mech

Experience - 6- 10 Yrs with experience of Utility and HVAC
