Job Description

Job Title: UI/UX Designer (1–2 Years Experience)

Location: Gurugram

UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand user needs and define UI/UX requirements
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows for web and/or mobile apps
Conduct and analyze user research and usability testing
Design visually engaging interfaces aligned with brand guidelines
Iterate designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members
Help maintain and evolve our design system and component library
Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies

Required Skills & Experience

1–2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design or product design
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design thinking and real projects (include link)
Proficiency in tools like
Figma
,
Adobe XD
,
Sketch
, or similar
Understanding of design principles: typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
Familiarity with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with motion design or micro-interactions
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows
Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
