What you'll be doing

• Conduct user research and testing to refine usability
• Translate business goals into elegant and engaging experiences
• Stay up to date with design trends, UI patterns, and emerging tools
• Experiment with new styles, layouts, and formats — and back them up with logic

What We’re Looking For

• Strong design portfolio with projects that reflect creativity, clarity, and functional UX
• Ability to defend your design decisions with user insights and solid reasoning
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools
• Understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and accessibility
• Good sense of typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy
• A love for experimenting, iterating, and exploring design possibilities
