User Interface Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at UniAcco, you will play a crucial role in enhancing user experiences on our website and mobile applications. Working in collaboration with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders, your primary responsibility will be to transform user needs and business objectives into visually appealing and functional digital interfaces. Your key responsibilities will include leading design initiatives for both web and mobile platforms, conducting user research and usability testing, creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, ensuring accurate implementation of design solutions in collaboration with developers, maintaining a consistent design system, and optimizing designs based on feedback and analytics. Additionally, you will stay updated with industry trends and apply best practices in UI/UX, interaction design, and visual storytelling. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3-5 years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in tech or product companies. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop is essential. A strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and the ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive designs are also key requirements. Experience working in Agile teams, excellent communication skills, and a strong portfolio showcasing your design thinking and problem-solving skills are crucial. While not mandatory, experience in EdTech, travel, or marketplace platforms would be beneficial. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for improved design-developer handoffs and proficiency in motion/animation design tools like After Effects or Lottie would also be advantageous for this role.,
