User Interface and product Designer

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer with strong design concepts, attention to aesthetics, and hands-on expertise in delivering user-centered design projects. You will take end-to-end ownership of design projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help us establish a design-first culture within our growing team.

Knowledge of AI-driven design tools to accelerate workflows and reduce design time will be considered a strong plus.

• Own the entire design process from concept to final delivery.
• Create intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and business teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Maintain consistency in design systems, brand guidelines, and visual language.
• Explore and leverage AI-based design tools (e.g., MidJourney, Figma AI plugins, etc.) to speed up workflows.
• Take responsibility for project delivery timelines and quality.
• Mentor and support junior designers as we build a strong design team.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop (AI tools experience is a plus).
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a startup environment with ownership and accountability.
  

• Experience in motion graphics, micro-interactions, or animation.
• Exposure to front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) to work closely with developers.
