Job Description

About a Role:

Key Responsibilities:

UX Engineering & Prototyping:

Translate UX designs, wireframes, and interaction flows into high-fidelity interactive prototypes using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or frameworks (e.g., React, Vue).
Build functional prototypes to validate and test interaction concepts with users and stakeholders.
Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure design fidelity in production environments.

Design System Integration:

Develop and maintain reusable components within a design system or component library.
Ensure consistency in visual styles, interactions, and accessibility across all digital touchpoints.
Support implementation of design tokens and system documentation.

User-Centered Development:

Work closely with UX researchers to test, iterate, and improve interactive components.
Advocate for performance, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design best practices.
Use analytics and usability data to optimize user flows and interactions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Act as a bridge between designers and developers, helping both sides understand constraints and opportunities.
Provide feedback to design and product teams based on technical feasibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with
TypeScript
, Web Components, or animation libraries (e.g., GSAP, Lottie).
Familiarity with
design systems
such as Material UI, Carbon, or Lightning Design System.
Understanding of user testing methodologies and tools (e.g., UserTesting, Maze).
Background in user research or cognitive psychology is a plus.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
