Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our Kolkata team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client briefs and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
Collaborate with developers, project managers, and creative teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure designs meet both user and business needs.
Maintain design consistency across all projects following brand guidelines.
Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development understanding.
Experience working in an agency environment.
