User Experience Designer

As a highly skilled UI/UX Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional user experiences and interfaces for our software products. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points. Analyze feedback to inform design decisions. - Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Design intuitive user flows and interactions to enhance usability and accessibility. - Establish and maintain a robust design system to ensure consistency across our product portfolio. - Conduct user testing sessions, gather feedback, and continuously refine the user experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement designs and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Stay updated with UI/UX design trends and apply industry best practices. Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for software applications. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch. Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and the design process. - Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills with a user-centric mindset. - Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Familiarity with productivity tools is a plus.,
