User Experience Designer

UX Designer

You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers and fellow designers to craft intuitive, user-centered solutions across a range of products.

What you’ll achieve

As a UX Designer, you will help transform complex healthcare workflows and information into clear, intuitive digital experiences. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll design solutions that balance usability, accessibility, and consistency across products. Your work will directly support healthcare professionals by simplifying decision-making and enabling efficient care.

You will:

• Lead end-to-end UX design for new features and enhancements, from discovery to delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and domain experts to understand complex business and technical requirements
• Map and simplify multi-step, multi-role workflows into clear, usable interactions
• Engage with users, domain experts, and stakeholders to uncover needs, pain points, and translate them into meaningful design outcomes
• Use data and qualitative insights to iterate on designs and measure success
• Create clear design specifications and documentation to support smooth handoff and implementation
• Contribute to shared design practices and collaborate with peers to promote consistency across products

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in

  UX, Visual Design, HCI

  , or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in

  UX/Visual Design

  , preferably in B2B SaaS / enterprise software.
• Hands-on experience with complex systems, technical products, or multi-role workflows.
• Experience conducting or supporting user research and applying insights to design decisions
• Proficiency in

  Figma and prototyping tools

  ; strong portfolio of data-dense applications.
• Skilled in

  User Research, Usability Testing, Interaction Design, and Information Architecture.

• Focus on

  usability, accessibility, scalability,

  with strong attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences; Working proficiency in English.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience working in healthcare technology sector
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
