UX Designer

Based in Chennai, you’ll be driving consistency and scalability across our product ecosystem by developing and evolving a unified set of reusable UX components and patterns.

What you’ll achieve

As a UX Designer focused on our design system, you will play a key role in building and maintaining a comprehensive library of user interface components and guidelines. Your work will ensure seamless user experiences across multiple platforms and help accelerate product development with high standards of accessibility and usability.

You will:

• Lead end-to-end UX design for new features and enhancements, from discovery to delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and domain experts to understand complex business and technical requirements
• Establish and maintain design standards and best practices for consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Map and simplify multi-step, multi-role workflows into clear, usable interactions
• Ensure all components adhere to WCAG accessibility standards, including keyboard navigation and appropriate touch target sizing
• Use data and qualitative insights to iterate on designs and measure success
• Create developer-friendly documentation using tools such as Figma, Storybook, and ZeroHeight
• Provide training and guidance to designers and developers to promote consistent adoption of the design system

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

  in UX, Visual Design, HCI, or related field.

• 5+ years’ experience

  in UX/Visual Design, preferably in

  B2B SaaS / enterprise software

  .

• Hands-on experience

  with complex systems, technical products, or

  multi-role workflows

  .

• Proficiency in Figma

  and prototyping tools;

  strong portfolio

  of data-dense applications.
• Skilled in

  User Research, Usability Testing, Interaction Design, and Information Architecture

  .
• Focus on

  usability, accessibility, scalability

  , with strong

  attention to detail

  .

• Excellent communication & collaboration

  skills;

  working proficiency in English

  .

Desirable Requirements

• Experience working in healthcare technology sector
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
• Experience with tools like Storybook, ZeroHeight, or similar documentation platforms
• Knowledge of localization and documentation processes
