User Experience Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at LTIMindtree, you will have the opportunity to contribute to creating user-centric design solutions that enhance the overall user experience. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring designs are accessible and inclusive for all users. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points. - Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure a cohesive and seamless user experience. - Translate complex concepts into user-friendly designs while maintaining brand consistency. - Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users. - Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX design. - Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards and are inclusive for all users. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. - Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. - Strong understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and interaction design. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. - Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. - Familiarity with frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. - Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices. - Good knowledge of SQL.
