Used Car Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Car Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, in-depth knowledge of car specifications, and the ability to confidently drive and demonstrate vehicles to customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, customer-focused attitude, and a passion for automobiles.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle needs, preferences, and budget
• Provide detailed information about car models, features, specifications, pricing, and financing options
• Conduct test drives safely and professionally, explaining vehicle performance and features
• Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer requirements
• Negotiate prices and close sales to meet or exceed targets
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all car specifications, variants, and new launches
• Prepare sales documents and coordinate with the finance and registration teams
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
• Maintain showroom vehicles and ensure proper presentation
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive or similar sales role
• Strong knowledge of car specifications, features, and automotive trends
• Valid driving license with confident and safe driving skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with a professional appearance
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Basic computer skills (CRM systems, Excel, email, documentation)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in automotive dealerships
• Knowledge of financing and insurance processes
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
