Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Greet showroom visitors and respond to online/phone inquiries promptly to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Vehicle Demonstrations: Showcase vehicle features, history (CARFAX/service records), and accompany customers on test drives.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate sales prices and trade-in values to reach mutually beneficial agreements while meeting dealership profit targets.
  • Financing & Paperwork: Assist customers with financing options and ensure all sales contracts and DMV paperwork are completed accurately.
  • Inventory Management: Stay updated on current stock, pricing trends, and vehicle reconditioning status.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years in automotive sales (used car experience preferred) or high-ticket retail sales.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal communication, and basic mathematical skills for calculating payments.
  • Licensing: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (essential for test drives).
  • Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as these are peak times for car buyers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
