Job Summary The Used Car Sales Executive is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of a pre-owned vehicle sale—from initial lead engagement and vehicle demonstration to price negotiation and final delivery. Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Management: Convert showroom walk-ins, phone inquiries, and digital leads into sales. Maintain an active pipeline through the dealership’s CRM. Vehicle Demonstrations: Conduct professional test drives, highlighting specific features, safety ratings, and the vehicle’s maintenance history. Negotiation & Closing: Handle price objections and negotiate terms that ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining dealership profitability. Value-Added Services: Promote and sell auxiliary products, including financing options, extended warranties, insurance, and service packages. Post-Sale Follow-up: Maintain relationships with past buyers to encourage referrals and repeat business. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in automotive sales (Used Car experience preferred). Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of various car makes, models, and general mechanical components. Licenses: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory .
