Job Summary:

We are looking for a Used Car Evaluator who will be responsible for evaluating pre-owned vehicles for quality, condition, and accurate valuation. The role involves inspecting vehicles, identifying defects, assessing market value, and ensuring transparency for trade-in and resale purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and evaluate used vehicles for physical, mechanical, and electrical condition.
• Identify accidental damage, repainting, or structural issues.
• Determine fair market value based on vehicle condition, age, mileage, and market trends.
• Prepare detailed evaluation reports and photographs.
• Verify documents such as RC, insurance, loan clearance, and service history.
• Assist sales team in trade-in negotiations by providing accurate valuations.
• Maintain records of evaluations for audit and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Used Car Evaluator or similar role in the automobile industry.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle inspection techniques and valuation processes.
• Familiarity with BMW and luxury car segment preferred.
• Ability to identify accidental repairs and odometer tampering.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer skills for report preparation.

Education & Experience:

• Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in used car evaluation or pre-owned car business.
