Location: Malad west Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and experienced Cashier and Account Executive for our 2-wheeler automobile dealership. The person will handle daily cash and accounting activities, prepare reports, and support the senior accountant in maintaining accurate financial records. This role needs someone who is honest, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling accounts and finance work in the automobile field. Key Responsibilities: Cashier Duties: Collect cash, cheque, and card payments from customers for vehicle sales, servicing, and spare parts. Issue proper receipts and maintain the daily cashbook. Handle daily cash transactions and deposits to the bank. Ensure proper balance of cash at day-end and report any mismatch immediately. Accounts Executive Duties: Make bills/invoices in system (vehicle sale, service, and spares). Record daily accounting entries (purchase, sale, expense, payments). Assist in GST return filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance. Prepare monthly reports like P&L, stock report, and outstanding reports. Coordinate with auditors during audit and stock checks. Maintain and organize account records and files. Required Skills: Good knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST, TDS). Hands-on experience with Tally Prime, Excel, and accounting software. Accuracy in data entry and financial records. Good communication and teamwork.
