US Voice Process Tech Sales & Support US Shift

Role Overview: You will be working as an Associate/Senior Associate in the BPO/Call Centre industry, specifically in the ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO, Customer Service, Operations functional area. Your primary responsibility will be to handle US Voice Process inbound and outbound calls, focusing on QuickBooks Sales & Support. You should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with very good communication skills. The role involves assisting in selling products and services, providing feedback to the sales team, and working in US shifts.
