Job Description

Job Title:

Role & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers (US).
Resolve customer queries in a polite, professional, and timely manner.
Maintain high levels of accuracy while updating customer information in the system.
Follow all process guidelines and ensure quality service on every call.
Meet defined performance metrics such as:

AHT (Average Handling Time)
FCR (First Call Resolution)
CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score)
Attendance & Schedule Adherence

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Prior experience in an
International BPO Voice Process
is
mandatory
.
Comfortable with
US shifts (night shifts)
.
Open to working from
Noida location
.
Good communication skills (spoken English).
Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
