Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US Voice (Collections) professional located in Noida. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls to collect outstanding payments from customers. Responsibilities include negotiating payment plans, updating customer records, and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding accounts. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in collections, account management, or customer service
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus
• Previous experience in a voice process role is preferred
• Adaptability to work in shifts and handle high-pressure situations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
