We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter/Staffing Specialist with a strong background in supporting Manufacturing and Engineering roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and placing talent across a variety of technical disciplines, particularly within the automotive sector.
Effectively support manufacturing and engineering recruitment requirements, ensuring alignment with client expectations in terms of both timeliness and quality.
Leverage prior experience working within VMS/MSP environments, with a solid understanding of structured recruitment processes and client SLAs.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and team members to identify the best-fit candidates while maintaining a high level of professionalism and urgency.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage both candidates and clients effectively.
Foster a team-oriented environment, contributing to group goals and knowledge sharing.
