About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter with 1 - 2 years of experience in Light Industrial staffing, particularly focused on Non-IT roles such as Engineering, Administration/HR, and Business Professionals. A basic understanding or exposure to IT recruitment is an added advantage. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is looking to build a strong foundation in full-cycle recruitment across multiple verticals. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for Light Industry and Non-IT roles (Engg, Admin, HR, Business Ops, etc.) - Source, screen, and interview candidates based on job requirements - Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines - Maintain applicant tracking systems and regularly update candidate pipelines - Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, and offer negotiations Provide support on occasional IT recruitment requirements Qualifications: - 12 years of relevant recruiting experience in light industrial or non-IT sectors - Familiarity with recruiting for roles like Engineering, Admin, HR, and Business Support - Strong sourcing skills via job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, etc. - Excellent communication and time management skills - Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions efficiently If the role matches your profile please share your resume to kumuday@kyyba.com
