Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US Tax Manager based in Noida. The US Tax Manager will be responsible for managing tax planning, compliance, preparation, and understanding tax laws. The day-to-day tasks include overseeing tax filings, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations, reviewing tax returns, and advising clients on tax strategy and planning.

Qualifications

• Review corporate, partnership, and other business tax returns to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation. This includes federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Ensure that all tax filings comply with the latest tax laws and regulations. Assist in tax planning activities to minimize the organization’s tax liabilities while ensuring full compliance.
• Stay up to date with the latest changes in tax laws, regulations, and case law. Conduct detailed tax research to support tax compliance and planning efforts.
• Maintain clear and thorough records of tax filings, correspondence, and supporting documents. Assist in preparing tax reports for management and auditors

• Ability to work on-site in Noida

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or similar designation preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in US Tax.
