Role Description

Join a leading outsourcing & offshoring consulting firm as a US Tax Manager, overseeing federal & state tax compliance for US clients. Ideal for professionals with 5+ years of experience in US taxation (Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S), strong leadership, and client communication skills.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Review & manage US tax returns (individuals & businesses)
• Lead a team of tax professionals
• Provide tax planning & advisory services
• Ensure IRS/state compliance & handle audits
• Collaborate across accounting, payroll & onboarding teams

🔹 Requirements:

• CPA/EA preferred
• Proficiency in Drake, UltraTax, Protax or ProSeries
• Experience with US-based CPA firms or tax outsourcing
• Strong analytical, organizational & leadership skills
