Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients and manage timely feedback. Negotiate compensation, employment terms, and close offers effectively. Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and regularly update recruitment reports. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs. Requirements: Minimum 1.5 year of experience as a Recruiter , with exposure to US and India hiring . Solid understanding of technical job roles, terminologies, and sourcing strategies. Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and Indian employment market dynamics. Experience in handling high-volume recruiting and working with multiple stakeholders. Proficient with sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Dice, Naukri, Monster, Indeed) and applicant tracking systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage deadlines effectively. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration , or a related field. Recruitment or HR certification is an added advantage.
