US IT Recruiter (Direct Clients)

Role Summary

US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle

    end-to-end IT recruitment

    for direct client requirements (contract, contract-to-hire, full-time).
  • Source candidates using

    Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, referrals, and ATS

    .
  • Screen candidates for

    technical skills, communication, and visa status

    (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, TN).
  • Negotiate pay rates/salaries and coordinate interviews with clients.
  • Maintain strong pipelines of niche technology candidates.
  • Build and manage direct client relationships to ensure timely closures.
  • Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports and meet submission targets.

Required Skills

  • Bachelors degree in HR/IT/Business or related field.
  • 1 –3 years of US IT staffing experience with direct clients.

  • Strong knowledge of

    US visas and hiring practices.

  • Hands-on with ATS and sourcing portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn).
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in

    night shifts (US time zone).
